Story & Experience

A small group of women at The Willows at Red Oak recovery in Asheville, North Carolina led by Lynn Wadsworth and Becky Barth gathered to participate in a Global Earth Exchange.
We each shared stories about places we have lost, or that we long for and places that we feel very connected to, and how they connect us to the Earth. We all recognized that we were talking about “home”—the “places that create home for us.”
We then did a walkabout on the property and gathered flowers and other natural objects, and created our own version of a bird.
Thank you for letting us participate in this wonderful event!
