I have started to feel uncomfortable with this way of highlighting rape—as I see it rape of a forest ..
As with victims of abuse selling stories of pain and deep damage seems equally disrespectful and disconcerting. So there are no picture to share..
I live in Sweden where the forests are being destroyed in a very humiliating way.. one big machine brings down a 50- to 80-year-old forests in days….the cover-up is big.
Personally I feel respect is missing so I just simply go pray and apologise for human ignorance and disrespect. No technology no long story…I try to rebuild sacred space.
I hesitated to write this story and did not take pictures, for and showcasing the rape of these precious areas did not feel good…
Feels no different to making money out of another’s pain..
