Story & Experience

Daucus

Here are a few photos of the ritual we did on Saturday in the Missouri Ozarks. We did a ritual on Saturday at an old house site in the Missouri Ozarks. Family conflicts and extreme drought have left this piece of land thirsty for some love, care, and rain. We drummed, danced, spoke and gave good attention to the land, which responded. We enjoyed it, and I appreciate your group’s inspiration to do this action. So much land around old house sites has a certain feeling of woundedness. We send so much into the earth and mostly in our culture don’t think to clean up on any but the physical level.
