Where do you propose holding your Earth Exchange?

The nuclear plant by the Pacific Ocean, the Hamaoka Power Plant, in Shiuzoka Prefecture and quite near us, has been in the news. Which nuclear power plant is NOT potentially and actually destructive to the environment and the human inhabitants? The ocean and the earth delivered a hit to us, not man-made, but the presence of the nuclear power plant there (and here) suggests that we still have work to do! (an understatement) and there are those who will join and share vision with us. This is the very time to love and honor and thank this place and give something of ourselves to the earth.

What is the importance of this place to your local community?

I am a foreigner here but this is my home and the earth is my home. The interface of land and sea is alive and vulnerable, a place of making livelihoods, when well, a verdant vibrant place. Many people come here to see the ocean and many groups care for the birds, amphibians, sea creatures, fauna here.

Why is it necessary to bring attention and beauty to this place?

It is absolutely necessary to be alive to the precious, delicate environments and living communities (other than human) on this planet.
