Story & Experience
Clare works on a Saturday, but we did a long walk last Sunday through places where few people go, other than forestry workers and their machines. We found three separate areas of devastation on our walk, then we broke free from the forest and walked along the clear ridge above the forest, and enjoyed wilder free nature. There are two images that spoke more beautifully than any crafting we could do; the first was this yellow broom bush in full bloom smiling its love for God amidst the clear felled wilderness—then this majestic stark statue holding its arm up to heaven to witness what happened here once up on the ridge away from the sadness of the blighted forest earth, we found this pair of lovely wild orchids, alone on the hillside, saying “we will return one day, our children’s children will cover the earth again.”
All will be well here one day, and we have taken our love in there too, and will do another meditation tomorrow, Saturday. Thinking of you and all of us around the world engaged in this lovely healing work. With love and best wishes from Clare and Bill
