Story & Experience

My time at home was wild and way too busy with the gallery—I’m back in Alaska now and here’s what I did to experience some radical joy. The Saturday night was rainy and blowing hard so I packed up my truck and drove out to the beach with firewood and food just to see if anyone would show up—read the jumping mouse out loud to myself which was delightful—one friend braved the weather and we went back to my house for food. The following Monday we had a sunny day, friends visiting and a post—very busy weekend evening. About 6 of us gathered for a little drumming, a few stories and some food around the fire.
