Story & Experience

Inner place – El espacio interior, el lugar interior
Number of Participants: 14
- We prepared bread, with the awareness that nothing could go wrong, and that our creative act would be applauded by others
- We received messages of the universe where we said our value to the world, our beauty and what we provided to our community. We read them aloud and lovingly accept all the beauty inside us.
- We shared the bread with other people who we would like to honor.
Notes about the Experience (What participants said, what they experienced, any difference you noticed about the place at the end of your Earth Exchange, reactions, etc.):
Participants began with a fear about doing things wrong during the bread making process. Part of the host work was to ensure that nothing could go wrong, that we could explore, that we could change the recipe the way we want, and that everything would be Ok. People really enjoyed the creative process and the way the dough was working with/in their inner place: “Very relaxing”, “The dough is working with us, it is alive!!!”. And the thrill of seeing the final product was amazing. Then we tasted each other’s bread, recognizing their taste, their value and their differences. When asked what they felt, at the end of the activity, participants said things like “A rich activity alongside beautiful people and delicious bread”, “With the heart and stomach full”, “A day to remember with family, friends, and full of peace and joy and delicious breads “ “Happy baking and talk.”
