[This group was originally responsible for getting the Shoreham Nuclear Plant decommissioned more than twenty years ago. As Pete Maniscalco, a leader of the group, explains below, that was only the first part of their mission.] We had 50+ attendees from 4 months old to 75 years of age. I will be 75 on July 14! Our effort is to transform the wounded site of the Shoreham Nuclear plant into a site of wonder: The Chanting Rock Healing & Retreat Center. This site is an energy vortex that holds healing energy for all that approach it with humility and an open heart.
