Story & Experience

For my Solstice Earth Exchange, I walked to the beautiful Delaware River, one of the last clean rivers in the world, now under threat of fracking. There, as if waiting for me, was a shiny crow feather. I placed the feather in the ground, standing up, and spent a few minutes with my hands in the water, touching the earth and connecting with my heart. Then I found a clearing nearby and performed Earth Beauty Qigong, a movement form transmitted to me over the past ten years by the river, stones, and trees in this river valley. The form has four parts, taking the practitioner from Conception, Gestation, and Birth to Earth, where Humanity and the Earth align their three centers, merging and “making love” in the Rainbow Womb to conceive their daughter, Earth Beauty.
