This boulevard was a high-maintenance “no place” producing only grass clippings which were taken away to the local green-waste supplied turf farm. There was only a hedge to hide behind for humans, and no benefits for other creatures.

The Healing Garden is becoming a self-perpetuating act of beauty for and within humans and the more-than-human. In a couple days an indigenous friend will bring stories into the space and it will become a place of Reconciliation, too.
