We did our exchange at Blackwater Creek in Lynchburg, Virginia. The beautiful creek has pollution in it from run-off from the city. When it rains hard our sewers overflow into it, though the city is systematically mitigating this problem. It is a special place, and during our earth exchange there was a desire in all our stories to live in balance, respond from our hearts, and notice the blessing that Blackwater Creek gives us in its imperfect state.
