A Buddhist Psychology Perspective on the Radical Joy Practice
On July 25, 2022, Radical Joy for Hard Times activist and board member Harriet Sams, Cumbria, England, led a meditative RadJoy Practice for members of the Buddhist Plum Village Community of the UK. Harriet talks about Ten Directions ecotherapy, which is based on Buddhist psychology, and weaves it together with our work of making beauty for hurt places.
