Morning walk, wonderful time in nature thanks to my dogs, seeing lots of dragonflies, heard something very big in the grass around the lake, not sure what is was, possibly a very large fish. The sound went silent and then I saw movement on the water. Also a swimming snake. On the way back I met three organizers of a free run that happen every Saturday. We talked and I told them about the dragonflies, the fish and that my dogs are my personal trainers.

Judarnskogen, Stockholm
Happy forest, close to where I live, not sure if wounded but people say the water in the lake is not good.
Act of Beauty
Just being there and a moment of connection. Possibly telling about dogs and stillness. It is very close to a big dog shelter and a castle.
