Story & Experience
Here’s a couple of photos from our Radical Joy Ceremony on the Solstice (near Birch Tree, MO). Three of us (including a young man who would not normally do something like this) went to a clearcut nearby and were both angry and saddened by the devastation, and encouraged to see new growth: wild flowers, a few young trees, mint, blackberries, and lots of birdlife. PS—I believe this is my first “selfie,” which explains the funny look on my face. Thanks for keeping this wonderful tradition alive.
