Thank you for signing up for the 2019 Global Earth Exchange and Daring to Bear Witness to a place you care about that’s damaged or endangered.

The Global Earth Exchange is like no other kind of activism… and no other kind of art. You don’t need tools or supplies. You don’t have to be an expert in anything. You don’t have to make great “art”. All you have to do is join hundreds of other brave and creative people around the world who are showing up on the same day to make a gift for a place they care about.

Because you were one of the first 100 people to register, you’ll receive your free, hand-painted Radical Joy for Hard Times flag by the end of May.

Creating and Editing your Exchange Event

Once you, login to your Host Account, you will be able to create and edit your Global Earth Exchange event at any time. Just log in with your name and password. If you have questions, contact us.

Getting ready

As the day of the Global Earth Exchange nears, we’ll be sending you a few emails with tips and ideas to help you prepare. Meanwhile, here are a few things you can do now:

  1. If you haven’t already chosen the place where you’ll do your Global Earth Exchange, think about a place near you that feels like it could use some attention and a gift of gratitude or sympathy. The place may have been damaged by a human or natural act. It may be under threat by climate change, mining, development, or some other force. It may even be a dying tree in your own backyard. Any place you choose will be the “right” place.

To see the wide variety of places where people have done the RadJoy Practice over the years, see the STORIES on our website.

  1. Tell your friends about the Global Earth Exchange. Invite them to join yours and encourage those who live in other places to hold one of their own.
  2. Post about your upcoming Global Earth Exchange on Facebook, LinkedIn, and/or Twitter.

Thank you for being part of the growing worldwide movement to change the way people live with and think about endangered places!
