Earth Exchange Café Conversation with Joanna Burgess
Joanna Burgess is a nurse at at ConvaTec, a company offering products and services in the areas of advanced wound care, ostomy care, continence and infusion care. Ever since Joanna was three years old and survived a rare form of bladder cancer, she has known she wanted to be a nurse, and she is dedicated to helping those with bladder and bowel ostomies to live healthy, joyful lives. She was the 2011 National Great Comebacks recipient and has shared her personal story on state, national and international levels. She was a founding member of Radical Joy for Hard Times.
